Residential: 1 smoke detector per floor minimum (hallway + staircase). For ERP, depends on area and category: we assess according to your situation.
Détecteur 10 ans ou avec batteries remplaçables ?
Pour habitation, nous recommandons les modèles avec batterie scellée 10 ans (plus de batterie à changer). Pour ERP, le système est sur courant 230V avec batterie de secours.
How often should the system be maintained?
ERP: mandatory annual inspection by approved company (we are). Residential: monthly self-test + detector replacement every 10 years.
Is the system connected to the fire department?
Optional via GSM or IP remote transmitter. Essential for ERP facilities with permanently unmanned security office. Modest monthly cost.
