Local (NVR): no subscription, you keep the data at home. Cloud: accessible anywhere, backup resistant to NVR theft. Often we combine both.
Is a mandatory subscription required?
No for basic alarm + cameras with local storage. Optional for professional 24/7 remote monitoring (from ~€25/month).
What should I do in case of a power outage?
The control panel has a 24-72h backup battery. PoE cameras can be powered by the battery-backed NVR.
Is GDPR complicated?
No if you follow 3 rules: post video surveillance notice, film only what's necessary, limit retention to 30 days max. We provide signage and instructions.
