How long does a complete installation take?
For a 150 m² house, expect 2 to 3 weeks of construction work (wiring + equipment + commissioning), spread over 4 to 6 weeks depending on coordination with other trades.
What budget should I plan for?
For a standard new house, the electrical budget represents between 60 and 100 €/m² (VAT included) for a complete compliant installation. The detailed quote will give you a firm price.
Is the compliance check included?
Yes. We handle scheduling with the approved body (Vinçotte, BTV, AIB) and take care of resolving any remarks. The inspection cost (~€250) is included in the quote.
Can you work on my renovation already in progress?
Yes, we regularly take over ongoing projects. A preliminary visit lets us assess the existing condition and propose a coherent continuation.
